I Live in an apartment and usually have traffic and construction noise outside. I wear my Ipod and use eye covers but still seem to have a restless sleep during daytime hours. What do you do to get better sleep during the day?

Is it cruel to make a cat sleep in a different room?
I am taking care of a cat, but I do not enjoy the cat sleeping with me. Usually the cat wakes me up multiple times and it is driving me insane. Is it cruel to make the cat sleep in a different room (the cat’s previous owner let the cat sleep with them)?
I have noticed that the cat will cry if I put the cat in another room with a bed for him, but wouldn’t he get used to the new arrangement? He just wants to play all night, lol.

How long should an infant sleep in your room?
He is three months and daddy will not let him sleep outside of the room. I just don’t want him to get used to sleeping in the same room and have to break him of it when he older.
