    At the moment i dont really have any options then to try this at bedtime. I know im not suposed to, but i have alot going on and i sleep with my sister in the same room so i cant even use any timers. I really want this thing get to work, I already experienced rushing noises the first time i tried… However i dont get those lately idk if its good or bad but since its said that those go away after some practice i guess its good. I wanna ask if its possible to try this durring the day, or nap

    Mind, body independence is a misnomer that people already do in the social world. Mind/body unconsciousness won’t help with dreaming.
    What they say and what they do are seemingly unaware and at odds with each other. Like complaining that Alex Jone’s Youtube channel was suspended, but engaging in active censorship on your own site, as Nick has.

    ok i tried the wbtb method with this. i wasn’t really feeling any urges or signals except minor itches. I lay there for 45 minutes and didn’t really feel anything. i don’t know what sleep paralysis feels like because I’ve never consciously experienced it before. I used to use relaxation techniques before bed at night times which would give me a couple seconds of spinning or falling sensation, but with this method I didn’t really get anything. should I stay still for a longer amount of time?

    im having alot of trouble relaxing and keeping my arms legs hands and feet from moving even after trying these tricks infact sometimes it makes my legs and feet twitch and jerk…

    i have a question. will swallowing hinder me from falling into sleep paralysis. i have trouble stopping my swallowing and i wonder if that is a factor in stopping me from inducing sleep paralysis. help please!

    Im confused… first you said that the roll over tells your body that it should not go to sleep, and doing that over and over causes insomnia, but then you said that rolling over tells your body that it is time to fall asleep.

    My roll over signal does not seem like its in my torso or anything at all. It is more in my head, like something is telling me I MUST TURN! And if I dont turn I get sleepy, yet annoyed at the same time. I cant describe it THAT well, but it reallllyyy annoys me when I dont turn. Is that the turn over signal? Its just that I always sleep on my side, and I cant really sleep on my back, it bothers me.

    Then you’re on step 3, your just answering your body without it actually asking you.. Which makes you really want to move your feet, not your entire body.

    They call it the roll over signal.. It’s usually just when you REALLY feel like moving. Just moving your legs would probably tell your body your awake.

    The roll over signal is really interesting, becausee I normally sleep on my side, and if I try to sleep on my back, I’m impulsed to lay on my side. I’ll try not to.
