Everyone reacts differently to various supplements. I got a very severe case(s) of drymouth using the Sleep Formula, which I have never encountered before with any supplement or medication. The side effects make the product unusable for me.

I found this product to be very helpful. I doze off within 30 minutes and do not have as many active dreams as I normally do, so I stay asleep longer. I find that I am awake and fresh in the morning after using this product, unlike other sleep aids.
