Just curious how much sleep you all get out there? I know some people who get 2h or less a night and can function…others that need 10 hours…there has to be some kind of guideline times that work. What works for you? How will i know when i am getting the right balance between waking hours and time spent sleeping…after all I don’t want to sleep my life away, but don’t want my quality of life to suffer because of not enough sleep! Thanks and God Bless!

I think that a full grown adult in general needs about 8hrs of sleep per night. Teens: about 10 or more hrs. GOOD LUCK

i hope you know that some bodys function diffrently…you can get up to 12 hrs of sleep and still be out cold…it might not have anything to do with your sleep. it might just be the way you are.

Well the noral person should have at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep at night and also have a good diet plan, Because sleep and diet will make you alert and give you enough energy for the day.
